The automated check-in and check-out process was extremely convenient, especially since I arrived late and had to leave early. the stylish decor and high-quality fittings in the room made for a comfortable stay. Despite being close to other properties and the city, the location was surprisingly quiet.
There were a couple of issues that affected my experience. there was a green light in the room that couldn't be switched off, which disturbed my sleep.

This little gem of a hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The room was beautifully furnished, with a super comfortable bed and a massive shower. The attention to detail was impressive, with cute extras like mini cartons of orange juice and milk in the fridge. Plus, the friendly staff made sure we had clear instructions for access and provided excellent pre-arrival communication. I highly recommend this fabulous treasure box of a hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
One small improvement that could be made is to offer a more varied breakfast selection.

The location was great, close to West Park and the town center. We had no trouble entering the property or finding parking. it was a perfect little hideaway for our Easter break.
There were a few minor issues, like the hot water in the bathroom sink not working properly. However, the manager, Jay, was friendly and quickly resolved the problem.
